setRest provides users with the ability to receive commands for the squat, bench & deadlift directly from their watch! Easily click through the S-B-D options and the amount of Reps youd like to complete, press start, and get into position.
With both vibrations & visual updates, this app helps guide you through the standard Start, Press, Rack, and Down commands. Use the delay timer to get into your starting position, and hold still- as the app operates off of periods of "non movement" to determine when to switch to the next command.
The intervals for giving commands for each given exercise may be adjusted, as well as the sensitivity for registering movement, delay timer, and "vibration type".
